Texas A&M University students, orientation sessions trip to Montserrat

As the closing part of the Barcelona orientation sessions with Jennifer Schildecker, past Saturday, students visited Montserrat, beautiful multi-peaked naturally sculptured mountain located North West from Barcelona. Hymns explain how this “serrated mountain” was carved by little angels with golden saws.

Montserrat is well known as the site of the Benedictine abbey, Santa Maria de Montserrat, which hosts the Virgin of Montserrat sanctuary. Besides catholic pilgrimage famous site it is well known to the nature lovers and hikers for the long walks with the breathtaking views.
